The event went very well, the CHP and or Sherrifs were a welcomed adition to the event. They did nothing but keep an eye on people so that they could assist if something happend needing assistance. I had a GREAT time and will be returning again next year weather it's called Reggae Rising or Reggae On The River, it's the attendees who make the event a success.
I had a couple of really bad experiences with other SO's working other festivals over the past couple of years. I was really ambivilent about their presence this weekend. That was totally unfounded. I don't know how they could have kept a lower profile than they did.

Much Respect to the Humboldt County Sheriff, RR Security and the Medical/Psyche Team. You helped make this spectacular event possible and definitely made it run smoothly. There were very few unpleasant incidents, but the few freak outs and scuffles I witnessed were handled quickly and professionally. Thank you!
